Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@grennatt.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will gladly replace it or issue store credit once the issue is verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, gift cards, and promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
